Director An-Che Kim (60) of Bethel Won has been dedicated to guiding runaway youth and lost children for over a decade. In 1964, he used his personal savings of 600,000 won to establish the Bethel Counseling Center in Jung-dong, Daejeon. Since then, he has worked to guide rural youth flocking to the city and runaway women back onto the right path. 

Kim has also focused on helping unwed mothers and women involved in prostitution, emphasizing vocational training in skills such as hairdressing and knitting to support their rehabilitation.
